How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping is completely free for all UK orders, no minimum spend required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch every order within 1-2 business days using Royal Mail 48 tracked, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days so you can expect your order within 3-5 business days.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes - all orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked. This means you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we only ship within the UK. However, international shipping is something we are looking to offer in the future. Follow us on our social media platforms to stay updated on international shipping and the other things we get up to.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your item, simply get in touch and you can ship it back to us in its original condition and we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving it.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and taking pictures of the items before sending so that you have proof of postage and condition.
What condition does the item need to be in for a return?
The item must be in its original condition along with the hard case and microfiber cloth.
